How is my package delivered and delivery time?
We usually pack and send in-stock items the same weekday if you ordered before 12:00.
delivery usually takes place the next day in southern Sweden and 2-3 days in northern Sweden.
In individual cases, there may be a longer delivery time, or if delivery takes place outside Sweden.
When we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a searchable tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for delivering a product that is sold out or out of stock.
Any deviations will be notified to you via telephone or e-mail.
Of course, you then have the right to change or cancel your order.
How long does the customer have to collect their package?
Packages normally remain at the delivery point for 14 days before being returned to us.
In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged the cost of the corresponding shipping (round trip), as well as a handling fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT
You have 14 days full right of return on unbroken goods.
Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly.
Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery or to an agent.
We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
For all returns, a copy of the invoice or order form and a simple description of why you are returning the product must be attached.
