SWEDISHGLOSS tip:

Recommends spraying the agent on a dry rim. Spray from a distance so that the jet hits most of the rim so that not as much product is used.
If the rims are extremely dirty, use a rim brush to distribute the agent but also to dissolve the coarsest. Leave the product on for at least 1-2 minutes before rinsing it off. Keep in mind during the summer months when the rims can be very hot that you might rinse off after 30 seconds so that it doesn't dry into the rim.
